Flow Form Exploration, Industrial Design: Woodworking

Wood, Grey Foam, Pink Foam, Bandsaw, table sanders (3 kinds), hand saws, files, sandpaper

After achieving a more finalized form with the gray foam model, I transitioned to wood, where I carved grooves to emulate the scooping motion. I refined the scooping edge, ensuring its optimal thinness, and crafted a concave groove to enhance the spatula's ergonomic grip and usability.

The culmination of my efforts resulted in a spatula designed to naturally facilitate the scooping motion, achieved through its sweeping curves, leaf-like structure, and strategically placed grooves and concavities within the form.
