Anonym is a bias-reducing recruitment platform inspired by a product I co-created called NoFace which won 2nd pl at Cooper Hewitt Nat’l High School Design Competition and first place at the Gen She Entrepreneurship makeathon at Lyft HQ. Anonym creates efficiency in the recruitment process. I went through two rounds of user research/testing, created a website, a research paper, and multiple pitches on the research findings and the product. I took multiple Interaction design courses online and learned different software, reaching out to mentors and getting feedback as I learned. There are three key features: Anonymized Profile, Anonymous Interviewing, and Anonymous Onboarding. I sketched out the homepage, applicant, enterprise, and recruitment company experiences on posters before creating users flows and then the wireframes on Whimsical. I then created the Figma clickable prototypes that I am currently developing. Anonym won the $500 3rd pl award @ the Jacobson Institute Innovator Comp.
